Outside the town, but connected by varied and fragrant country paths, stand: the ruins of Rocca Angitola, a settlement of medieval origins; the Scrisi plateau, which still preserves an ancient farmhouse, historic fountains and traces of the via Popilia; and the small abandoned village of Pim\u00e8, where there are ruins of traditional houses and other neoclassical architectural elements.
