white Ionian beaches of the Costa degli Aranci, starting in Soverato and crossing north through the mountainous territory of the Serre Park in the shortest stretch, passing through the charming villages of Petrizzi, San Vito sullo lonio and Monterosso Calabro, the Kalabria Coast to Coast Path arrives in picturesque Pizzo, perched on a tuffaceous spur that rises steeply above the golden Tyrrhenian beaches of the Costa degli Dei.<br>The Kalabria Coast to Coast Trail, is a 55-kilometer nature trail to be savored at a leisurely pace among expanses of centuries-old olive trees, rows of vines, fields of wheat and prickly pear, centuries-old chestnut and beech forests, picturesque granite stones shaped by time, and the magnificent nature oasis of Lake Angitola, managed by the Serre Park.<br>But it is above all an emotional and sensory journey inside a Calabria far from the usual tourist routes, to discover those ancient flavors and values that are the roots of this wonderful
